The strength of our people

The images loaded into our Dynamic Gallery depict a time when our tribe was going through a difficult time. Many of our children were placed in "Indian Schools" and our elders were being forced to speak the english language.

Despite the pressures and hardships of our elders, our language still survives. The Agai Dicutta Yaduan Program is working hard to revitalize our language and culture. By doing so we show our Elders that their efforts are not in vain.

A Picture Speaks a Thousand Words

Much of our culture has been lost due to pressures placed on our elders.

Many of the pictures help us to learn about our culture. It also helps us to see the hardships our ancestors have had to go through to keep our Nation from disappearing.
